2007 Viognier, Livermore Valley—Release Date Nov. 20, 2009
Our first Viognier welcomes you in with nose of tropical fruit, and just a hint of honey suckle. Ripe melon, peach and pear create a lingering sensation as the wine passes along the pallet. A nice switch for the Chardonnay drinker without traveling to far what you know you enjoy. Best served slightly below cave temperature.

2007 Chardonnay, Livermore Valley—Release Date TBD
A California classic in every aspect. Rich, round Chardonnay opens up with a nose of freshly sliced golden apples, figs and pineapples. Fresh fruit takes over as the wine crosses the palate. Make your way through the layers of flavor to reveal the oaky buttery finish that every true Chardonnay lover desires.

Our Reds

2005 Syrah, Lodi—Release Date November 20, 2009
The This full-bodied big red wine offers a nose of espresso raspberries and cloves. Flavors of ripe red fruit, strawberries, and a hint of black licorice. Notes of black pepper also add character as the wine disappears across your palate. Good acidity and tannins provide an excellent finish to this well crafted Syrah.

2007 Cabernet Sauvignon, Livermore Valley—Release Date Nov. 20, 2009
This Cabernet Sauvignon captures everything that Livermore Valley has to offer. This single vineyard Cab opens up with beautiful aromas of espresso, red fruit, and cassis. Beautifully complex wine with a blackberry, black cherry palate and a smooth exquisite tannin finish that every Cabernet lover and winemaker strives for.

2007 Ralphi’s Red Blend, California—Release Date Nov. 20, 2009
A classic Bordeaux style Red Blend - 60% Livermore Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Napa Valley Merlot. The perfect balance of fruit and tannins becomes apparent on first sip. Raspberries, blackberries, and a hint of mocha immediately take over. A smooth creamy finish confirms all suspicions of the quality of this NC Blend.
