2015 Supremacy

2015 Supremacy represents our 8th attempt at crafting the perfectly balanced Bordeaux Style Red Blend. Fashioned in the style of the great wines of the Medoc, our flagship blend is based on Cabernet Sauvignon and utilizes the Bordeaux blending varieties to create complexity and balance in the wine. The 2015 is truly reflective of the vintage showing a more red fruit driven rendition. The wine is rich in color in the glass and the first wave of aromatics is driven by candied red cherries herbal undertones and balanced with toasty oak. On the palate the wine is lively bursting with black and red fruits intense earthy tones and cedar. The wine is rich, yet light on its feet and its framed by tannin and acid suggesting we have only revealed the primary layers of this lovely, age-worthy blend.
