2019 Micro-Lot Reserve Rosé
Description
Another ringer from the Casa De Viñas Vineyard 2019 is a blend of both Carménère & Merlot. The grapes are destemmed and portions of the juice are bled off and fermented separately until dry. The result is a vibrant rose with tremendous aromatics right for nearly any occasion. Production on these wines is limited and it is always bittersweet rounding out a vintage.
Tasting Notes
Watermelon and lime burst out of the nose followed by loads of bright red fruit. The wine is racy and dry with plenty of character and structure to handle almost anything you throw its way.
